CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

A full refund will be made to any applicant who cancels the enrollment contract within three days (until midnight of the third day excluding Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays) after the enrollment contract is signed. An applicant who subsequently cancels but before instruction begins is entitled to a refund of all monies paid minus a registration fee of $150.00.

The termination date for refund computations purposes is the last date of attendance.

1. For a student who terminates training during the first week of training, the school may retain up to 10% of the contract price of the course, not to exceed $350.00.

2. For a student who terminates training after the first week but within the first 25% of the course, the school may retain 25% of the contract price plus the $150.00 registration fee.

3. For a student terminating training after completing over 25% but within 50% of the course, the tuition retained by the school shall not exceed 50% of the contract price plus the $150.00 registration fee.

4. A student completing more than 50% of the course is not entitled to a refund of any tuition.

Special cases: In case of student prolonged illness or accident, death in the family, or other circumstances that make it impractical to complete the course, the school shall make a settlement which is reasonable and fair to both.
